About

Honesty here is built into the product, not promised in the copy.

Success Mark is a marketing and technology agency from Dammam. We build websites, systems, content, photography, film, and campaigns for a market that hears many promises and sees less delivery.

So we built the agency on one rule: every piece of work we accept gets a written delivery date before the contract, and that date enters a public record showing when we promised, when we delivered, and the gap in days. When we get it right, it shows. When we get it wrong, it shows too.

This page is not an unbroken success story. There is a full bad year in it, left exactly as it happened. We show it because trust isn't built on a clean record. It's built on a record nothing gets removed from.

Our years as they happened

  1. 2021

    The start

Two people in a rented office in Dammam: small projects, clients who came through personal contacts, and one conviction. The market had plenty of talk and not much delivery.

  2. 2023

    Growth by referral

The team grew to five, and most work came from past clients recommending us. We delivered well, worked too hard, and documented nothing.

  3. 2024

    The year without a record

A client asked us in a meeting: "Your last three projects, how did they land against the promised dates?" We had no documented answer. Work from that era appears in our record today without trustworthy dates and counts for nothing in our numbers. The missing answer changed everything.

  4. 2025

    The bad year

The bad year — kept as it was

We started writing the delivery date before the contract. Then we accepted more work than the team could carry and delivered half of that year's qualifying projects late. The numbers are still in the record, as they happened. The lesson wasn't "promise more carefully." It was "accept less."

  5. 2026

    The disciplined year

A ceiling on concurrent projects per line, dates written from the team's real calendar, and a record published on the front page. We're not error-free. But an error today is a documented exception, not a hidden pattern.

Our rules

Said and done
The promise is written before the contract, published, and judged. Not a slogan, an operating system.
Arabic first
The Arabic is written before the design, and the design serves it. The English is written independently for its own readers.
Responsible refusal
We accept less than we could sell, because one enthusiastic year cost us half its record.
The open record
Our numbers are computed from our projects as they happened, and nothing gets deleted. Not even the bad year.
